2004 Big Brother Results

The fifth season was hyped as "Big Brother turns evil", a more claustrophobic  house than ever before and there was only one bedroom for both sexes and also the prize fund of £100,000 was reduced if housemates failed their tasks.  This series had  contestants specifically to boost ratings, opting for people that were openly gay (Marco, Dan and Kitten), bisexual (Jason) a transsexual (Nadia) and even an ex asylum seeker (Ahmed)

In the 2nd week 2 housemates were "evicted" into a separate house and were able to watch the other housemates talk about them and were reintroduced into the house in the 3rd week which caused a great deal of friction resulting in a fight that led to the ultimate removal of Emma.

The eventual winner on 6th August 2004 was Nadia Alamada who won £63,500 from the possible £100,000, since winning he/she has done some minor presenting roles on TV as well as releasing a single in December 2004 which reached No. 27.
